Online Shooting Lessons

Shooting Technique

With technology the way it is today it is more important than ever to learn proper technique so that we can maximize the technology. I am a big believer in Technique before Technology when it comes to shooting.

Hand positioning

Shaft angle

Use your full range

Hand Speed

Hand speed is one of the most important details when it comes to shooting to score. We will be doing drills that combine stick handling to shooting.

Fast hands

Quick release

Weight Transfer

Shooting comes a lot more from our legs/core than people think. Understanding how to use weight transfers with timing is crucial to being able to score from range.

Generating Power

Transferring Power

Goal Scoring

Goal scoring is a combination of having all the tools it takes to shoot the puck properly + an understanding of what things make it tough on the goaltender.

Rob effectively ran a top power play for three years for me. He is an elite power play quarterback that combined puck control, decision making, vision, shooting accuracy and pin point execution. He efficiently, and consistently dissected opposing penalty kills at all levels from Major Junior to NHL to KHL. His knowledge will be an asset to any hockey player.

Dale Hunter

NHL All-Star and Coach

I’ve played against Rob, he was nothing short of an offensive genius. I strongly recommend using his platform for anyone looking to improve their offensive game.

Drew Doughty

NHL Veteran, 2x Stanley Cup Winner, Norris Trophy Winner

I was playing in a hockey tournament when I was 12. My dad made me stay after one of my games because he said we had to stay and watch this 14 year old play. Within the first shift, this player went end to end, put the puck through the defenseman’s legs and ripped a shot top shelf over the glove. I was in awe. The player was Rob Schremp.

I continued to follow his career and watched endless clips of him on YouTube. The “shoot to thrill” London Knights highlight video was one, my Knights teammates and I, enjoyed the most. It got us excited about the game.

He played the game the way I always thought it should be played. Skilled, productive, entertaining, flare for the dramatics, and a lot of showtime.

Not only did he have these abilities but he thought the game at the highest level as well. And after discussing the game with him, he still sees things on the ice no one else does. Anyone would be lucky enough to work with Robbie.

Patrick Kane

#1 Pick NHL, 3x Stanley Cup Winner, Conn Smythe Winner

To see the game the way Rob sees it, is a special thing. Not many players have the vision Rob possesses. I have done some offensive clips with him and I recommend this platform to any player looking to take their offensive game to the next level.

Corey Perry

NHL Veteran, Stanley Cup Winner, Rocket Richard Winner

I worked with Rob recently and the way he broke down shooting technique was unreal. It was very easy to understand and use in my game and It helped me see the net in a totally different way. I would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their shooting/goal scoring.
